Invisible user friendliness

To enjoy natural sound reproduction one should hear the musicians, not the loudspeakers when listening to a stereo system. To us this also goes for the visual appearance of the speakers. As most audiophiles do not have a dedicated listening room, the Model 1 is designed to be user friendly given the confines of a living room. To us this means ease of placement with the infinite baffle enclosure and an overall shape with a design that lend its roots towards art more than speakers, making the Model 1 naturally blend with a living room environment.

Sleek overall shape

The Nordic Tone - Model 1 is designed to be three-way floor standing monitor, not only with respect to sound reproduction, but also with respect to its visual presence in the room. The volume of the enclosure is cleverly disguised by a moderate height, rearward tilted front baffle and a sloping rear end of the speaker, giving the Model 1 a sleek overall appearance.

Presentation of our novel technology

In the design of the Model 1 we wanted to present our novel technology. The cast aluminium enclosure is designed with only spherical surfaces and no sharp corners on the front baffle - Both of which are essential in our technology and interact perfectly with the outer design.
